For thirty-one years, Nancy Reagan has specialized in what the industry still sometimes treats as an afterthought: the skin barrier.

A licensed aesthetician, speaker, and founder of Bella Reina Spa and Skin Diva Labs, she developed BioBarrier Repair Technology, a system built on NAD+, ceramides, methylene blue, and peptides for skin that had stopped responding to everything else. It became the first oncology-safe, emulsifier-free repair line of its kind. It was born from a simple, unglamorous conviction, formed over thousands of skin transformations, that the fastest way to ruin skin is to keep attacking it. Repair, don't injure.

Her MBA in marketing became the other half of the business. It gave her a head start on SEO, both for fiercely competitive local search and for e-commerce, and she now teaches beauty professionals how to get there.

Teaching is the part that has taken over. Nancy speaks at spa, wellness, and business conferences, where her message is usually some version of put down the harshest tool in the drawer. But she is just as interested in the woman standing in her bathroom at eleven at night, holding a bottle she does not understand, wondering if she is doing something wrong.
